There are a lot of great amethyst mats available on the market today. One of them is Richway Boomat, which has a well-known brand dominating the market and 20 years of history in USA but it is sold through MLM while Ereada amethyst mat and MediCrystal amethyst mat are sold directly to customers through online channels with low margins. So that is the reason why Richway products are much more expensive
**Warranty**
Richway warranty terms “3 years” may be misleading.
All Ereada Mats and MediCrystal Mats with PEMF and Photons are covered by a 1-year warranty. It is because of additional functions as our MediCrystal Classic only FIR heating mats ( similar to Richway ) are covered by 2 years warranty.
But the warranty of Ereada and MediCrystal is really FREE and FULL. While Richway Biomat is covered by a 1-year FREE warranty, after 1 year it costs money to get warranty service. It is not a 3-year warranty ( as they market ) but a 1-year warranty + 2-year after-warranty service commitment.
When MediCrystal or Ereada Mats are under warranty, and if the unit needs to be sent back, the customers do not have to pay for the shipping. Since these mats are heavy the cost of shipping them back would be expensive. Richway charges for both ways of shipping for warranty issues after some initial free period while these two companies do not charge at all during all warranty periods.
**Specifications of Ereada amethyst mat and MediCrystal mat**
The main difference between Ereada mini mats and Richway is that Richway Biomat Mini is 50% Amethyst and 50% Tourmaline while Ereada mini mats are 100% pure Amethyst like bigger brothers.
For MediCrystal Mini Mats there are different options as pure Amethyst, Amethyst with Tourmaline, Amethyst and Agate, Amethyst + Tourmaline + Jade, etc.

**EMF elimination**
EMF elimination system is very similar. The full protection of the users of products from harmful EMF is provided by both passive and active EMI (Electro-Magnetic Interception) technologies integrated into Ereada Amethyst mats.
The passive system consists of the double silicon and Teflon insulation and shielding of low emission titanium heating elements and the EMI layers of the mats with copper fiber, carbon fiber, silver fiber to control the remaining EMFs on almost zero level.
The active system includes the special wires and carbon layer catching the peak electric and magnetic waves. It works with the Controller AUTO EMI function automatically detecting and transferring absorbed by this system EMFs spikes into the wall socket “ground pin” for Earthing.
